Ownership & Intellectual Property

The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only.

All copyright and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the artist.

The collector may not:

• Reproduce the artwork in any form
• Create or sell prints or digital copies
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes
• Alter or create derivative works based on the original

Unauthorized use or reproduction of the artwork is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
