By acquiring artwork through this website, you agree to the following terms:

Ownership & Intellectual Property

The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only.

All copyright and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the artist.

The collector may not:

• Reproduce the artwork in any form
• Create or sell prints or digital copies
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes
• Alter or create derivative works based on the original

Unauthorized use or reproduction of the artwork is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its originality and authorship.
